Mind Sanctuary was built specifically for women like you — women who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, grow beyond their current limits, and feel genuinely empowered in their own lives.

I founded Mind Sanctuary because I believe every woman deserves a space that truly understands her. Not just her symptoms — but the full complexity of who she is and what she's carrying.
I'm passionate about supporting adult women through relationship difficulties, self-esteem challenges, and the unique pressures of modern female roles — parenting, work, marriage, and simply finding yourself in the middle of it all. Using attachment theory, CBT, ACT, and DBT, I work collaboratively with you to build genuine insight and lasting change.

Meet Victoria — and begin
Your first session is about understanding you — your story, your goals, what you hope to feel differently. No pressure, no homework yet. Just a conversation.
Ready to feel like yourself again?
Your sanctuary is waiting.
Take the first step today. Victoria is here to support you — without judgement, at a time that actually works for your life.
You're not just another appointment.
You're the whole reason we're here.
We know that reaching out for psychological support takes courage — especially when you're already exhausted from holding everything together. Many of our clients waited a long time before that call. If that's you, we want you to know: you don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out.
Mind Sanctuary was created for women who feel the weight of it all — relationships that aren't working, a sense of self that feels lost, anxiety that makes even ordinary days feel overwhelming, or patterns of thinking and feeling that you can't seem to break on your own.
Victoria's approach is deeply personal. She draws on Attachment Theory to understand how your early experiences shape your current struggles, then uses CBT, ACT, and DBT to build practical skills that actually fit your real life. Sessions are 50 minutes, priced at $240, with Medicare rebates of up to $136.35 available with a GP referral.
Evening appointments from 5pm are available at both our Leichhardt (inner-west Sydney) and Camden (south-west Sydney) locations — or you can connect from anywhere in Australia via secure Telehealth. Whatever works for your life is what works for us.
"At Mind Sanctuary, you're welcomed into a space designed specifically for you — your story, your struggles, and your strength. Every session nurtures the connectivity, growth, and empowerment you deserve."

Yes. Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential and protected by law. Victoria follows the Australian Psychological Society's Code of Ethics. There are very limited exceptions — such as immediate risk of harm to yourself or others — which Victoria will explain clearly in your first session.
Yes — secure Telehealth sessions are available to clients anywhere in Australia. All you need is a device with a camera and a private space. Many clients prefer the flexibility of Telehealth, particularly for evening appointments. Medicare rebates apply to Telehealth just as they do for in-person sessions.
